JARED

REBECCA

Wow, Naomi you are going to let your boyfriend leave you for your shadow?

CUT TO: INT. JARED'S BEDROOM

Jared is having sex with a mysterious woman underneath the bed.

NAOMI

Babe, why aren't you answering your phone?

JARED

Oh, I didn't even mean for you--

SHADOW then reveals herself out from underneath the comforter.

SHADOW

I told you I wouldn't be played. My wish came true. I wished that you would feel as invisible as I always do.

JARED

Don't worry babe, I'm just shadow boxing.

What the hell is going on here?

DAN

Well, we started going to therapy about a month ago, and they suggested that we do role reversals. This way, we literally put ourselves in each others shoes.

BRENDA

Yeah it works for us. Since therapy, we have been able to resolve issues more easily.

CHARLIE

Ok ok. What do you guys want to do after dinner?

BRENDA

I want to go home (she begins to yawn). I'm feeling sleepy.

DAN

I actually want to go to the movies. We haven't been out in a while, let's make a night of it.

Dan and Brenda realize that they disagree on this topic but have the solution.

DAN AND BRENDA

Role Reversal!!

Dan pulls out the wig from his back pocket and puts it on. Brenda pulls out the cap from her purse and puts it on backwards.

VERONICA

Hey girl.. Um...I don’t know what I want to eat. I just know I’m hungry.

Veronica puts her car in park to examine the full extent of the menu.

VERONICA

Thanks girl. So I got mad questions. What do you used to cook your rice in? I mean, I am vegan and can’t mix meat and veggies together.

DRIVE THRU CLERK

Well, we keep our meat and our veggies in a different place.

While Veronica was still looking at the menu, 2 cars pulled up behind her.

VERONICA

What specials do you have for today? I was told to make sure I ask, cause it don’t always be on the menu. Do you got coupons up there I can use today?
